[Hardcider] Freeing disk space on OSX?

Doesn't Applejack do some of that when you boot it up?  (http://

I know it's a voodoo mac thing but sometimes when things are goofy I  
delete the caches and I feel better afterword.  Not sure the computer  
does, but I do.
