[Hardcider] integrating spam assassin and Mail

I'm trying to optimize our use of spamassassin and Mail. Currently
its configured where Spamassassin marks spam by putting [SPAM] in the
subject, and then I have a rule in Mail where messages so marked are
moved to the Junk folder. The problem is, there's still a lot of
messages getting through, and Mail's own internal spam feature is
pretty, but the messages marked by spamassassin aren't then
recognized by Mail's spam system.

It would be great if Mail's rules would automatically mark anything
from Spam Assassin as being spam for its own internal filter, but so
far I've got to do that all by hand and given there's hundreds of
messages a day, this can be fairly tedious.

Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I thought, wouldn't it be much worse if life were fair, and all the
terrible things that happen to us come because we actually deserve
them? So, now I take great comfort in the general hostility and
unfairness of the universe. - J. Michael Straczynski
